Extreme left-wing activists of "Peace Now" have long complained about the government's failure to demolish a sufficient number of unauthorized Jewish outposts in Judea and Samaria. Yesterday, in an effort to show "how easy it is, if there is the will to do so," Peace Now members removed a container from an area near Migron and Psagot in the Binyamin region, north of Jerusalem. They placed it outside the Defense Ministry offices in Tel Aviv.
The only problem, however, is that the container was not part of an outpost - and in fact belongs to the Binyamin Regional Council. Council head Pinchas Wallerstein has filed a police complaint, demanding that Peace Now return the stolen property - and especially the archaeological artifacts that were stored inside.
