The Temple Mount Faithful have once again petitioned the Supreme Court for permission to hold a Tisha B\'Av prayer service alongside the gates of the holy site. The day of Tisha B\'Av, this coming Sunday, is one of national mourning for the destruction of the two Holy Temples on that very site, 2,000 and 2,500 years ago respectively. The police object to the service, fearing strong Palestinian reactions.
