A synagogue congregation in Teaneck, New Jersey, has come to the aid of special-education children in the Binyamin Region. Mr. Bennett Deutsch was on hand yesterday in N\'vei Tzuf to deliver a bulletproof van, financed by his Congregation Rinat Yisrael with the participation of the Binyamin Regional Council. Rinat Yisrael, together with the One Israel Fund, is also helping Otniel, south of Hevron, install a community-wide communications system for times of emergency.
Deutsch explained to Arutz-7 today that the van, whose bullet-proofing was engineered in Israel, \"will be used during the day to transport special-education children to their schools and in the evenings for whatever needs the residents of N\'vei Tzuf and neighboring yishuvim [communities] may have. This van is a prototype for additional such vans to service Yesha communities.\" In fact, Maaleh Levonah and other Yesha towns are seeking such vans; for more information on how communities abroad can help, send email to \"eriklita@netvision.net.il\" and \"yoben530@aol.com\".
