Tourism Minister Rehavam Ze\'evi strongly criticized the army\'s response to yesterday\'s deadly suicide terrorist attack, calling it \"ridiculous and worthless.\" Israel\'s retaliatory offensive against the PA cities of Jenin and Tul Karem used tanks to strike at military installations of both the PA and Arafat’s elite Force 17 terrorist unit. Israeli forces did not enter the PA areas. Most of Tul Karem is currently without electricity.
