The IDF carried out two major attacks on Palestinian terrorist targets yesterday. Early in the evening, Israel Air Force helicopters fired missiles at a Hamas broadcast facility in Gaza City. Sources in PA-controlled Gaza told IsraelNationalNews.com that the building was once used by Hamas, but has lately been of little significance, and that the raid did not amount to a serious counter-terrorism operation. IDF sources reported that the Hamas facility broadcast terrorism-incitement interviews with Hamas terrorists such as Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, and warnings to terrorists of IDF operations and movements.

In a second attack, around 10 PM, IAF craft fired missiles at a car carrying senior Tanzim terrorists in Shechem (Nablus), killing four of them. Israel had not employed such methods in the Shomron for some two years, but after it was unsuccessful in reaching the murderous terrorists by conventional means, felt compelled to resort to the missile strike. The terrorists were responsible for numerous terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians and soldiers.

Correspondent Haggai Huberman reports that Israeli security forces have thwarted well over 100 suicide terror attacks in Judea, Samaria and Gaza in the past seven months - including 35 just in Gaza alone. Israeli forces arrested 31 wanted terrorists throughout Yesha last night.

Arutz-7's Kobi Finkler reports that two more Arab attacks occurred in Gaza today: gunfire against an IDF force near Gadid in Gush Katif, and an anti-tank missile launched against IDF soldiers on the Israeli-Egyptian border near Rafiach. No one was hurt.
