Residents of Ma\'aleh Hever in the Southern Har Hevron area blocked the main north-south highway in the area to Arab traffic. They were protesting the murderous roadside bomb that killed Capt. Shai Shalom Cohen two nights ago.



Palestinians fired mortar shells at the town of Netzarim in Gaza last night; no one was hurt. South of Tapuach, between Binyamin and Shomron, Arabs fired on Israeli soldiers; no one was hurt, and IDF soldiers returned fire.
