Police Chief Shlomo Aharonishki has called on citizens who are licensed to carry handguns to have their weapons with them while traveling during the Passover holiday. This is in response to over 60 intelligence warnings of possible terror attacks. Thousands of policemen from all districts, Border Guardsmen, Civil Guard volunteers and IDF soldiers are deployed across the country in face of the warnings.
The Erez Industrial Zone in northern Gaza was reopened this morning, after it was closed down last week in response to mounting terror warnings. IDF forces arrested last night three PA residents suspected of terrorist activities in the Ramallah district.
