Tel Aviv District Court Justice Avraham Tal ordered prison authorities to enable Yitzchak Pass to attend a memorial service for his baby daughter Shalhevet. Shalhevet, ten months old, was murdered three years ago by a terrorist bullet shot straight at her head; she was being held or picked up by her mother in a Hevron playground when she was shot. Her father, Yitzchak, is currently serving an 18-month sentence for illegal possession of dynamite bricks. Judge Tal gave the order for Pass to be released with no restrictions - contrary to the General Security Service recommendation - for seven hours.
