Reports of the many chessed (kindness) projects that marked this past Purim holiday continue to be received. The Brooklyn Chapter of the Zionist Organization of America, currently visiting in Israel, brought thousands of letters from American-Jewish schoolchildren and adults for soldiers serving in the IDF. The greetings and well-wishes were placed in Purim "Mishloach Manot" packages prepared by the Sar-El group, and were distributed by ZOA members to soldiers throughout Israel.

In addition, friends of Arutz-7 abroad have responded to the call to help both IDF soldiers and Yesha residents. They donated 325 Mishloach Manot packages to soldiers of the Binyamin Brigade - packages that comprised, for the most part, organic products from a farm in the Shomron community of Itamar.
