27 collegiates from UCLA and other Southern California campuses left Los Angeles this past Sunday to spend the next three and a half weeks in Israel. They will tour and study under the direction of Ashrenu, an LA-based outreach organization.
12 of 15 graduates from R.I.T.S.S. Beis Yakov in Cincinnati will be attending seminaries in Israel this coming year... 10 of the 12 graduating seniors at Yeshivat Akiva in Southfield, Michigan will be attending Yeshivot in Israel next year.

Close to 3,000 teens and staffers from Jewish summer camps, and others, rallied in New York\'s Central Park this week in support of Israel. Young Judaea, the Jewish Community Center Association, and Camp Ramah were among the sponsoring organizations. Young Judaea has organized similar rallies in other American cities over the past months.
