The remains of bus #19, blown up two weeks ago by Palestinian terrorists in an attack that killed 11 Israelis, was taken from the Atarot Industrial Zone today to Ben Gurion International Airport. The bus will be flown to Holland and put on display outside the International Court of Justice at The Hague, while deliberations over Israel's counter-terrorism partition fence proceed inside the building. The initiative is that of the Zaka rescue organization.

Israel has decided not to recognize the legitimacy of the proceedings against it on this matter, and will not send an official delegation to present its position. Justice Minister Yosef Lapid opposes this decision, saying that Israel has a chance should take advantage of the opportunity to sound its defense in an international forum.

A delegation from The Coalition for Jewish Concerns will also protest at The Hague against the International Court of Justice (ICJ) hearing on Israel's security fence.

The Palestinian Authority claims that the partition is a concrete wall being constructed deep inside PA-controlled territory - but in fact it is being built largely alongside or adjacent to the Green Line, and that only 5% of its length is concrete. On the other hand, within Israel there are those who strongly object to the fence on the grounds that it harms Israel's deterrence, environment, monetary resources, and more.
