A space suit from the Space Museum; an indoor train; story tellers with tales from times past; a planetarium; an exhibit from Dolphin Reef; live music from the Middle Ages - these are just some of the variety of attractions presented at IMTM 2004: The 10th International Mediterranean Tourism Market, being held in the framework of Israel Tourism Week, this coming Feb. 22-28.

IMTM 2004, produced by Ortra Ltd. and Israel Travel News, will take place on February 24-25 at the Tel Aviv Fairgrounds, and will concentrate on both domestic and incoming tourism. More than 100 exhibitors - associations, airlines, agents, tourist attractions, and the like - will participate in the Israel pavilion, and over 30 will display in the international pavilion. The fair will also include a movie theater featuring films about various tourism sites in Israel, while an ethnic food festival will be held in a separate area of the fairgrounds. Various companies will offer special deals for Israel Tourism Week, with a prize drawing every hour. Over 350 tourism bodies and countries from around the world have confirmed their participation in Israel Tourism Week.
