A major suicide terror attack was thwarted last Tuesday, it has now been permitted to announce. Arutz-7's Kobi Finkler reports that last Tuesday, large parts of the Tel Aviv and Sharon areas were covered with security personnel, who had received intelligence word of a terrorist on his way to an attack. It turns out that the would-be murderer set out from the hostile Shechem-area refugee camp of Askar, with several accomplices, carrying a "computer to be repaired" - which was, in reality, packed with explosives. Despite the several Israeli computer-store labels the computer sported - placed there to "prove" to soldiers at the checkpoints that it was merely on its way to another repair, suspicions were aroused at a checkpoint near Elkanah, and the terrorist abandoned the computer and escaped. Two of his accomplices took it somewhere else, and only yesterday was it found - not far from Jerusalem. The entire cell has been arrested.
