The Herut party - actually, its sole Knesset Member, Michael Kleiner - has submitted a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Sharon because of the government\'s negative attitude towards the Jews of Judea and Samaria. Kleiner explained that the lack of security there, together with the freezing of budgetary allocations and the talk of dismantling outposts, are all designed to \"sow despair among the settlers in order to get them to leave.\"
