Arutz-7's Kobi Finkler reports that there are currently 52 separate warnings of planned Arab terrorist attacks on the desks of Israel's security agencies. This represents a sharp increase over the 40 warnings received last week. IDF Intelligence feels that the planned attacks target only soldiers and Yesha residents, while the General Security Service is of the opinion that Israeli civilians on the pre-1967 side of Israel are also marked.
The past 24 hours were relatively quiet, Finkler reports, although there were shooting attacks against Netzarim in Gaza, as well as near Kadim in the northern Shomron. No one was hurt. Eleven wanted terrorists were arrested during the night in various Yesha areas.
IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Moshe Yaalon said this morning that Israeli security forces had successfully foiled a planned suicide terror attack in Ramat Gan. The attack was to have been perpetrated ten days ago, but no further details were divulged.
