On this, the last day of the ninth month of the Palestinian \"Oslo War\" against Israel, violence is once again on the rise. Arabs fired two mortar shells this morning at N\'vei Dekalim, while a Palestinian sniper in nearby Khan Yunis has so far shot at a bus driver and a firetruck driver; he missed both. The sniper has been sitting in one of the top floors of a tall building, and the IDF has so far not fired back at him. Also in Gaza, shots were fired at the Yakinton outpost, three grenades were launched at a Rafiach post, and a bomb went off as an IDF force passed by; no one was hurt.
