For the first time since the start of the Rosh Hashanah Arab Assault, PLO chief Yasser Arafat will travel to Ramallah this weekend. On Saturday night, he meets with his \"cabinet,\" after not being able to do so due to Israeli limitations on the movement of Arab residents of Yesha, including PLO \"V.I.P.\'s.\" Arutz-7 correspondent Kobi Sela reports on a tightening of the closure on Ramallah, effectively preventing Arab vehicles from utilizing the Ayosh junction exit north of the town.
