Fifty members of Emunah of America will be arriving for a weeklong Solidarity Mission to Israel on July 9. They will visit beleaguered communities in Judea and Samaria.
Small schools in the south: All four seniors of the Temima High School for Girls (Beis Yaacov of Atlanta) will be attending seminaries in Israel. Similarly, all four seniors of the Feinstone Yeshiva of the South in Memphis, plus one junior, will be attending Israeli yeshivot next year.
Eighteen post-college age participants will take part in the Jewish Agency Aliyah Department WUJS summer program in Arad, west of the Dead Sea. The program includes Hebrew and Jewish studies as well as work placement.
