MK Avraham Hirschson (Likud) plans to file suit against Yasser Arafat in the International War Crimes Court in Belgium next week. Hirschson says he will ask the court to issue a warrant for Arafat\'s arrest for war crimes. \"I will have no problem proving Arafat\'s responsibility for the murderous shooting attacks of the past months,\" he said. \"Arafat gave the orders to his Force 17 unit and other PA groups.\" The MK said that his move comes in response to the suit against Prime Minister Sharon filed by survivors of the Sabra and Shatila massacres perpetrated by Christian Phalangists.
