For the first time in over 27 years, Israel has submitted a proposal to the United Nations. The proposed resolution calls for the protection of Israeli children maimed by Palestinian terror activities. "This will be a test of the UN's neutrality," Israel's Ambassador to the UN Dan Gillerman said, "which adopts dozens of anti-Israel resolutions each year." Just last week, the UN General Assembly passed a resolution calling upon Israel to guarantee the safety and security of Arab children in the PA-controlled areas.
