Following a quiet Sabbath in the Jewish communities in Gaza - except for a Kassam rocket in between two homes in Netzarim that caused no damage - several mortar shells were fired at Jewish targets last night. Four mortars were fired at Gadid, and an anti-tank shell was launched towards N'vei Dekalim; no one was hurt. Rafiach, on the Israel-Egypt border, was also the site of several attacks against IDF forces.
In the Shomron, IDF soldiers killed a Fatah Tanzim terrorist near Shechem last night after he hurled three bombs at them... Soldiers operating in PA-controlled Jenin last night uncovered a bomb-making factory. Arutz-7's Kobi Finkler reports that the lab included five barrelfuls of explosive material, two explosives vests, and a large amount of other bomb components and ammunition. The building was safely exploded by IDF sappers. Arab residents attacked the soldiers a number of times with Molotov cocktails; IDF soldiers returned fire, killing one Hamas terrorist.
