Roni Netanel, a resident of Ma\'aleh Adumim, was shot by Palestinian terrorists at the French Hill junction in Jerusalem this morning. While stopped at the intersection, a car pulled in front of him, and the passengers asked him how to get to the Old City. After he answered, they pulled out Kalachnikov rifles and began shooting. Military helicopters attempted to track them, but found nothing. Meanwhile, the condition of Roni Diament, wounded the night before last in a terrorist shooting attack west of Gush Etzion, continues to improve. Some 19 bullets hit his car, and he was hit by 2-4 of them - not 14 as originally reported - as well as over ten wounds by fragments, and two bullet-graze wounds on his head.



Although Israeli security organizations apprehended a terrorist cell between the Arab village of Kufra and Tapuach several weeks ago, it has apparently been replaced by another one. Palestinian terrorists shot this morning at a Dan bus and an army jeep escorting it near Migdalim, east of Tapuach. No one was hurt. Arutz-7\'s Uzi Baruch visited today with Avraham (ben Sarah) Alon from Tapuach, who has been hospitalized for almost three months after being shot by Arab terrorists in the same area. Alon\'s daughter said that the doctors cannot figure out why his fever does not go down: \"Sometimes it is as high as 41 degrees (almost 106 degrees Fahrenheit), and it is affecting his memory, his appetite, and more... His condition improved two weeks ago for a few days, but then it again deteriorated. It is very hard...\"



A car bomb-in-preparation exploded this morning in a Palestinian-controlled area of Hevron. No Israelis were hurt.
