Israeli intelligence has submitted to security forces at least 42 warnings of planned terrorist attacks against Jewish targets. Despite the warnings, the IDF has begun once again easing the closure on the Arab population of Yesha, and is allowing more Arab workers and traders into Israeli cities. The Israeli concessions were decided upon as a gesture for the start of the Moslem holiday month of Ramadan, which started yesterday (although in some Moslem countries it began today, depending on the sighting of the moon).
