The Prison Service Parole Board will convene today to consider granting parole to Margalit Har-Shefi. She was sentenced to nine months in prison for not preventing the assassination of Yitzchak Rabin, and has served almost four months thus far. If parole is granted, the young law student is likely to be released this coming Sunday. She, like Aryeh Deri, happens to be one of the few prisoners who are eligible for parole after serving half their term.
