The Supreme Court announced today that it would announce, "at the earliest possible date," its decision on whether to permit the publication of the circumstances of the abduction of Elchanan Tenenbaum. Haaretz newspaper and Channel Ten News petitioned for permission to publish the full story, but Tenenbaum's family filed a counter-suit against such publication. Tenenbaum was abducted in an Arab country over three years ago, and has been held by Hizbullah terrorists ever since.
