A new Beit Shemesh-Tel Aviv train route will be launched this Saturday night, Transportation Minister Avigdor Lieberman announced today. One of the fastest-growing cities in Israel, Beit Shemesh has some 54,000 residents, and a recent survey shows that 43% of them would use the train as their main mode of transportation to work.
