Yesterday evening, for the first time, Israel implemented its new anti-Hizbullah policy. Shortly after Hizbullah artillery fired anti-aircraft shells towards Israel yesterday afternoon - the first such attack in three weeks - Israeli battle jets attacked Hizbullah targets. The planes destroyed the anti-aircraft cannon used by the terrorists in their attack, some four kilometers north of the border. The last Hizbullah attack was on August 10, when teen-aged Haviv Dadon was killed by a shell in Israel's northern town of Shlomi.
