The Gaza Coast Regional Council will grant honorary citizenship to Jonathan Pollard in a special ceremony in honor of his 49th birthday this week. Israel, like the U.S. before it, now has newer and more stringent aviation guidelines. As of Oct. 31, any plane flying into, out of, or over Israel must have a bulletproof door leading to the cockpit.
