A memorial ceremony for seven victims of the Dolphinarium suicide slaughter ten days ago was held this morning at the Shevach Mofet school in Tel Aviv this morning. Eighteen of the 20 dead were new immigrants from the former Soviet Union. President Moshe Katzav participated in the ceremony, and attacked the Arab world for not condemning the horrific crime. \"Not even one Moslem religious leader could be found to condemn the murder of children,\" he said. Seventeen victims remain hospitalized, including one, a 16-year-old girl, who is in very critical condition; another victim is listed in serious condition.
