The police are investigating whether a fatal crash in the Shomron this morning was accidental or contrived. A car driven by an Arab from the autonomous areas crashed into and killed a 60-year-old Israeli, between Einav and Shavei Shomron. The Arab fled the scene, and the army is searching for him.
