Hizbullah terrorists shelled Israel three times today, wounding two people. The two, a man and woman from Shlomi, were taken in moderate and light condition, respectively, to the hospital in the northwestern coastal city of Nahariya. The former was hit in the chest and hand, while the latter was hit in her hand. Damage was caused by shrapnel in the Moshav Even Menachem, north of Maalot.
Shlomi Mayor Gabi Naaman said today that the government should put a stop to Hizbullah's shelling of the north. "Just a few days ago," he said, "we heard mocking remarks from Interior Minister Avraham Poraz (Shinui), who said that Hizbullah shells do not endanger the residents."
