The Terror Victims Association turned to the Supreme Court today, demanding that the government publicize the names and identifying information of the Arab prisoners it intends to release. The organization feels, and is supported by Attorney-General Elyakim Rubenstein in an opinion he submitted to the Cabinet earlier this week, that family members of victims have the right to know if the murderer of their loved one is to be released, so that they can take legal action against it if they so choose.
