In Adei Ad, just east of Shilo and Shvut Rachel in Binyamin, local Jewish residents and police clashed in an outpost-dismantling related dispute this morning. A police force tried to prevent the locals from bringing two caravans to the site. Seven people were detained, and two were arrested on charges of attacking policemen and violating an order not to bring caravans into Yesha.

At the same time, tensions are rising in Tel Chaim B, the easternmost neighborhood of Beit El that was declared illegal and eligible for dismantling. A court order to this effect was handed down on Thursday, and local IDF officers warned residents that the dismantling would take place within 36 hours after the end of the Sabbath. That time limit passed this morning, however, and no signs of a dismantling are to be seen. Hundreds and possibly thousands of people are expected to try to arrive to stop the dismantling, and the army therefore wants to keep its plans secret. No other outposts are currently on the government's chopping block.
