Abdullah Abu Jaber, a Jordanian terrorist who wounded 13 Israelis last Dec. 28, was sentenced to 20 years in prison today. He detonated two bombs on a #51 bus in Tel Aviv by cellular phone, seriously wounding two people. The sentencing judge said that the fact that no one was killed was reason enough not to impose a stiffer sentence.
