The funerals of two of yesterday's terrorist victims were held today. Sgt. Chen Angel of Ramat Gan was buried this afternoon in Nes Tziona (just north of Rehovot), and Sgt. Udi Ayelet was buried later in Eilat. Defense Minister Sha'ul Mofaz visited this morning the site of the attack in the Erez industrial zone in northern Gaza. Despite the murders, workers from Gaza continued to stream this morning to their jobs in the Erez industrial zone. On the other hand, workers in pre-1967 Israel were not allowed to leave Gaza this morning.
The name of the victim of yesterday afternoon's attack in Hevron has still not been released. The parents of the two terrorists who perpetrated the murder have been arrested, and IDF forces razed the house in Hevron in which the two hid for several hours yesterday. The forces also arrested 28 wanted terrorists in Hevron, as well as a Tanzim member in Shechem who was preparing to perpetrate an imminent attack. Terrorist warnings abound, and the closure on Yesha continues - although Arab residents travel freely within Yesha.
