Ten outposts have been dismantled so far:

N'vei Erez, south of Michmash

Caravans in Amonah, east of Ofrah

Einav south, in north-central Shomron

Near Elon Moreh

Shacharit near Bruchin in the Shomron, between Ariel and Petach Tikvah

Mitzpeh Shabo near Itamar, named after the mother and three sons of the Shabo family who were murdered in a terrorist attack a year ago.

In addition, the container in Karmei Tzur South, south of Gush Etzion, was removed by the residents

Early this morning, 1-3 structures were destroyed or removed from N'vei Menachem South near Karnei Shomron, Beit Horon South near Givat Ze'ev, and an Ein Horon neighborhood near Shechem.

Five more are slated for today or tonight, including four inhabited locations: Tel Chaim B, on the eastern edge of Beit El; the Gilad Farm near Karnei Shomron (already destroyed once last year, but has since received authorization and been rebuilt); one or two sites around Yitzhar in the Shomron; and a Shavei Shomron neighborhood.

The Yesha Council has announced that it will rebuild every outpost the IDF tears down - or, alternatively, two others for every one that is removed. Signs of such have not yet been felt, however.

Residents of Beit El are on alert for the imminent destruction of a neighborhood - Tel Chaim Bet. The public address system will be utilized if necessary. The Pisgat Yaakov neighborhood, with some 20 families, is slated for destruction tomorrow night. It is located on the strategic Mt. Artis with a commanding view of all Beit El. In addition, the Assaf neighborhood, some four kilometers to the east of Beit El, is also on the list. With seven families, it is situated on a strategic junction along the highway to Beit El - the only Jewish point between Highway 60 and Beit El.

Monday morning:

Yesha Council spokesman Yehoshua Mor-Yosef, emerging from a tense meeting between Yesha leaders and IDF Central Command O.C. Maj.-Gen. Moshe Kaplinsky this morning, told Arutz-7 that Kaplinsky had given them the list of 14 outposts slated for dismantling. "We are now on our way to a meeting with Defense Minister Sha'ul Mofaz," Mor-Yosef said. "It's too bad that Prime Minister Sharon didn't have the courage to meet with us himself, and instead sent us to his military representatives… We received the list of 14 outposts, and we totally rejected it; it is a surrender to terrorism and the beginning of the implementation of the dangerous Road Map, and we cannot accept it."

In answer to a question, Mor-Yosef said, "Yes, there are manned outposts on the list, but I don't want to mention names, because hopefully after our coming meetings, someone up there will wake up and realize that this is not acceptable." He further said that the first outposts are to be taken down as early as tonight. A Yesha Council press conference is scheduled for this evening at 7:30 PM.

Nationalist-camp leaders strongly criticized the decision to proceed with the outpost-dismantling in the face of continued Palestinian terrorism. Five soldiers were killed yesterday by terrorists, and two civilians were similarly murdered last Wednesday.

Yesha leaders convened in Amonah last night, and decided that all such "removals" would be met with non-violent resistance. It was previously predicted that empty caravans near Karmei Tzur (south of Gush Etzion), Amonah (outside Ofrah), and the Shomron communities of Elon Moreh, Brachah, and Itamar would be removed. Similarly, those in Migron (between Psagot and Ofrah) and Tel Chaim in Beit El are assumed to be on the list.
