Two other attempted attacks on Friday night have been shadowed by the slaughter. Mevaseret Zion, just to the west of Jerusalem and close to the Green Line, was the site of the explosion of a bomb planted by Arabs. A short while later, a firebomb was thrown at a home in the Pisgat Ze’ev neighborhood of Jerusalem; no one was hurt in either case.
