A Palestinian terrorist armed with a handgun opened fire at a military vehicle near Beka'ot Junction in the Jordan Valley this afternoon; he missed his target, however, and mistakenly hit an Arab man in another vehicle instead. The victim is reported in light-to-moderate condition.
