President Moshe Katzav visited with U.S. President George W. Bush in the White House today. Katzav reviewed the list of murders and other violence perpetrated by the Palestinians since Israel instituted its one-sided cease fire nine days ago. The Israeli President called upon the governments of the United States and other countries to suspend relations with the PA, as a means of pressuring Yasser Arafat to order an end to the warfare. \"If Arafat comes to the conclusion that he has lost the support of the international community, he will change his tactics,\" stated Katzav. He also said that there was no demand by Bush for Israel to continue to restrain itself from responding militarily to the PA\'s murderous violence.
