Arab affairs pundit Zvi Yehezkeli described on his Telegram channel a site he witnessed while driving on Route 60 south of Jerusalem.
"A regular trip on Route 60 from Gush Etzion to Jerusalem, Palestinian cars pass me, and suddenly, I see a Turkish flag in front of me," Yehezkeli recounts.
He explained the significance of the site: "If you were looking for admiration for Turkey, for Sultan Erdogan, the leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, who promised to conquer Israel, it's all in this red and white flag, the likes of which we didn't see 10 or 20 years ago, and here, Turkey is the great savior of the Palestinians."
Yehezkeli wondered what would happen if it were the other way around: "What would happen if a car drove around Turkey with a little Israeli flag? Is it possible to wave the flag of Turkey, which has already become a strategic enemy?"
The pundit concluded his remarks with a strong warning about the operational significance of the photo: "A small flag and a big message. This is how jihad begins."
