The Hezbollah terrorist organization on Wednesday night launched two explosive drones toward IDF soldiers operating in the area of the Ali-Taher Ridge, the IDF confirmed Thursday.
Both drones were launched towards IDF soldiers operating within the agreed-upon security zone in southern Lebanon.
IDF soldiers opened fire and downed one of the drones, while contact was lost with the second drone.
No IDF injuries were reported.
The IDF warned that it "will not allow the Hezbollah terrorist organization to operate against IDF soldiers in the Security Zone. The IDF is currently operating and will continue to act with determination against Hezbollah’s repeated attempts to harm IDF soldiers."
