Priel’s brother Hillel Rafael lives with autism, Noonan syndrome, and substantial developmental challenges. His brother Ori is also on the autism spectrum and struggles with communication, emotional regulation, transitions, sleep, and awareness of danger.
Their sister Odel struggles with speech, reading, learning, and intense fears. Their parents carry medical appointments, therapies, school meetings, transportation costs, emergencies, and nights with almost no sleep. There is almost no moment of rest in this home.
This is not a $72,000 Bar Mitzvah
The Bar Mitzvah brings urgency to their story, but this appeal is for the entire family: hearing-related care, developmental and communication therapies, safe supervision, transportation, essential household expenses, and a modest, dignified Bar Mitzvah for Priel.
