Personnel from the “Alliance of Brothers" delegation, together with local and international search and rescue teams in Colombia, continue to operate at several major disaster sites in Cali.
To date, the personnel have contributed to the locating and rescue of 17 missing persons and continue to work to locate and rescue additional people.
Now, approximately one week after the earthquake and following the Colombian government’s declaration, operations are transitioning to the recovery phase. As part of this phase, alongside the continued effort to locate missing persons, efforts to map and assess the damaged structures will be increased.
