The 55th Brigade and Yahalom troops, under the command of Division 91, are operating in the Security Zone in southern Lebanon, to eliminate threats to Israeli civilians.
Last week, the soldiers located and dismantled an underground shaft that was used to store weapons of the Hezbollah terrorist organization.
In addition, they located numerous weapons, including: Kalashnikov-type weapons, missiles and anti-tank launchers, artillery weapons and RPG rockets.
The IDF will not allow Hezbollah to harm the civilians of the State of Israel and its soldiers, and will continue to act to eliminate threats.
