The new Palestinian strategy of attempting to paralyze life in Israel has begun to be felt. Traffic on the main Jerusalem-Tel Aviv highway was stopped for two hours last night because of the discovery of a large explosive device near the Motza bend. The gas canister bomb was safely neutralized, causing damage only to a police robot. This morning, another explosive was found between the lower Galilee communities of Magen Sha\'ul and Ram On, very close to Samaria. Here again, the bomb was comprised of explosives and a gas canister, and a police robot was the only casualty.
