No less than four suicide terrorist attacks were prevented yesterday, the first day of the Passover holiday. The would-be mass murderers were arrested before their planned attacks as a result of the ongoing efforts of the security and intelligence communities. Such warnings continue to come in, and the police and army have been informed of over 50 credible warnings of planned terror attacks by Palestinian terror organizations. The Passover closure preventing PA residents from entering pre-'67 Israel remains in force.

Hamas continues to threaten. Its military leader Abdel Aziz Rantisi called upon PA Arabs to abduct IDF soldiers. In addition, it publicized its new weapon: the Kassam-3 rocket, a four-pronged missile launcher that IDF sources say could present a threat to communities deep within Israel north and east of the Gaza Strip.
