During Netanyahu’s testimony, court security seized signs held by families of the victims of the massacre, demanding the creation of a state commission of inquiry into the October 7th events.

Reut Recht-Edri, the mother of Lieutenant Idan Edri, who was killed at the Nova festival in Re'im, was asked to leave the courtroom.

Anat Ben Ami, who lost her daughter Shani Ben Ami in the massacre at the music festival, broke down in tears. Recht-Adri cried out, "This is a disgrace to bereaved families. You are afraid."

Netanyahu's lawyer, Attorney Amit Hadad, requested that the court allow the women to remain in the courtroom. Following the incident, the session was briefly halted and then resumed.

Eyal Eshel, the father of the intelligence officer Roni Eshel, who was killed in the attack, addressed the judges: "We did not come to provoke. We came to look you in the eyes and ask for a state commission of inquiry."
