The warm weather of the past two days is turning into sharav-like conditions, which in turn will give way to cooler and moister weather beginning tomorrow afternoon. Sandstorms can be expected in the south. The Kinneret Sea was most recently reported (yesterday) to be standing at 210.21 meters below sea level, 1.31 meters below the maximum level. Water from the Kinneret is being diverted daily to the coastal aquifer.
