A 30-year-old Israeli man who recently returned from a visit to Singapore is hospitalized in Petach Tikvah's Beilinson Hospital, and it is feared that he may have the fatal SARS disease. He is in isolation in the Internal Medicine Ward. Dr. Silvio Pitlik, head of the ward, says that he may merely have the flu, and that there is currently no way to diagnose whether he in fact has the feared disease. "We will just have to wait for him to recover," he said.
