The IDF Spokesperson's Office has released an announcement explaining that the terrorists who were caught late last week in Jenin were not trying to hide out in the Red Cross offices, but rather in the offices of the International Solidarity Movement (ISM). Both organizations are located in the same building.
The IDF stated that two foreign women activists of the ISM helped one of the terrorists - who was involved in the planning of several bombings, shootings, and thwarted suicide attacks - hide from IDF forces.
"It should be noted," the IDF stated, "that this is not the first time that terrorists make use of offices and property of international and humanitarian organizations to carry out terror attacks and hide from the IDF forces. Such behavior puts the organizations and their staff and property at risk."
